Hey ya'll!! We are coming to the end of 2011 and it's time to reflect on our year! I can't believe how quickly this year has passed, and I am sure each year will fly faster. Before I enter 2012 though, I will be leaving my 20's behind and hitting a new milestone as I turn 30. I will no longer be able to say that fun "29" number, but I can honestly admit that I am welcoming this birthday. I am very thankful for the growth I have gone through before this point. Turning 30 is just a year that tells how long I've been here to create my story, to learn from my experiences and to grow into the person that I am meant to be. As the years pass and the age increases -- the more depth and wisdom I will have.
With that in mind, I strongly believe in setting goals for yourself. Don't just float through life without any ambition or drive! Time flies -- what do you want for yourself? Goals should be dreamed up for many aspects of your life, but consider your health/fitness related goals while reading this blog. Are you in great shape? Do you exercise regularly? Do you have strong muscles and bones? Do you eat healthy? Do you have the level of energy that you want? Do you have the body you want? "If you don't like how things are, change it! You're not a tree." You have the power to shift, and it all starts with a goal. Create that target.
I am here to help you create a fitness goal, to motivate you and to direct you. This is my passion -- you will see that. Don't think too hard about it, let's just do it!
